Track Your Order

Follow your order from the moment it is placed until it reaches you.

Where to find your order status

1. Sign in and open My Orders to see the status of every order on your account.
2. Check your confirmation email. When your order ships we email you a shipping update with the carrier and tracking number.
3. Paste the tracking number into the carrier's website for live delivery updates.

Order statuses

• Processing: we have your order and are preparing it.
• Shipped: your parcel is with the carrier.
• Delivered: the carrier has completed delivery.
