These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and DRESSTORES governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our platform, adding items to your bag, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website:

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to browse our website and at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use our website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• All prices on DRESSTORES are displayed and charged exclusively in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We strive to display product colors, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in screen display do not constitute a product defect.
• Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or inventory error.

3. Payment Processing, Accepted Cards & Fraud Prevention:

All payment transactions on this website are securely processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By completing a purchase on DRESSTORES, you also agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement and Stripe's Privacy Policy.

• Zero Card Storage: DRESSTORES never stores, processes, or has access to your full credit or debit card numbers. Card details are tokenized and encrypted directly by Stripe over TLS 1.3.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, in addition to eligible express checkout methods displayed at checkout.
• Stripe Radar & 3D Secure: All transactions are screened in real time by Stripe Radar fraud detection, Address Verification System (AVS), CVC verification, and 3D Secure (3DS2) cardholder authentication where supported. Orders flagged for elevated fraud risk may be held for verification or automatically cancelled and refunded prior to capture/shipment.

4. Order Cancellation, 31-Day Delivery Window & Refund Eligibility:

Please review our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

• Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge while the order status is "Processing" or "Pending Shipment" and before a carrier tracking number has been issued. Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, it cannot be cancelled in transit.
• 31-Calendar-Day Delivery Window: Standard US delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (Express 2–3 business days) following 1–2 business days of warehouse processing. However, to account for carrier transit exceptions, a full refund for non-delivery is issued if and only if we fail to provide valid carrier tracking information within 31 calendar days of your order date. Transit delays occurring within this 31-calendar-day delivery window are non-refundable while the parcel is actively in transit.
• Carrier Tracking Confirmation ("Delivered"): Orders showing a status of "Delivered" in the shipping carrier's official tracking system to the shipping address entered at checkout are deemed fulfilled in full and are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Notice): If your order arrives significantly damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, provide clear photographs of the item, tags, and damaged packaging, and retain the original packaging for carrier claim inspection.
• 30-Day Returns on Eligible Items: Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery per our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and items reported damaged more than 48 hours after delivery are non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Protection:

• Contact Us First: We encourage all customers to contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] before initiating a billing dispute or chargeback with their bank or card issuer. We resolve all valid order, shipping, and refund inquiries promptly within 1 business day.
• Disputing Unjustified Chargebacks: Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team, or filed for orders that were delivered per carrier tracking, or filed for orders within our stated 31-calendar-day delivery window, are considered a breach of these Terms and will be formally contested.
• Submission of Transaction Evidence: By completing a purchase, you expressly authorize DRESSTORES and Stripe to submit all transaction and fulfillment records to the card network and issuing bank to contest unauthorized or unwarranted disputes, including: order confirmation records, timestamped acceptance of these Terms, carrier tracking and delivery confirmation, AVS/CVC match and 3D Secure authentication logs, checkout IP address and device fingerprint logs, and customer support correspondence.
• We reserve the right to permanently suspend accounts and refuse future orders from customers who initiate fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links:

All content and materials on our website, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, videos, and trademarks, are the property of DRESSTORES or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment processors and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites beyond our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability:

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DRESSTORES and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
